Patch Download Problems

I am unable to provide any files as this issue is not in game. It is more a problem with impulse. I have been trying to download the most recent patch for Elemental using impulse and while it downloads succesfully, its status will get stuck on "verifying..." and will not resolve. If anyone can provide suggestions or explanations, please help.

I forgot to mention, but I bought this game recently and I noticed that it is still on version 1.0. Is this the reason why I am having trouble downloading the recent patch? If so, then can someone explain how to get the other patches?

You can update straight from 1.0 to the latest, there is no need for incremental patching. If you're having trouble getting through the installation, please contact [email protected].
