Hi,
According to the web site if you've purchased any Stardock product you are supposed to get a Wincustomize subscription with unlimited downloads. I logged into the same account I used to purchase WB7 and am still limited to the 500mb free sub. WHat can I do?

- however it does still say you need impulse. shouldn't that be fixed?
I looked on the Stardock page and don't see that mentioned. Where are you seeing that?
Purchasing a Stardock product does not get you a WinCustomize subscription but you do get unlimited downloads for 1 year from purchase.
What have you not been able to download?
You may need to log out and clear your cache and cookies for this change to update.

This is what I was talking about. The other day I got a 500mb limit warning, but, I don't think I was logged in. So if I log in I will get the year of unlimited downloads?

Dude Chill! I thought I WAS logged in when I got that error message. That's why I posted in confusion.
