Impulse does not acept my serial no (brand new boxed version) - waiting three days already for response

the title says it all. Purchased a boxed version of SoaSE Trinity from Amazon and Impulse does not accept the key printed on the manual. Funnily enough, the stardock store homepage accepts the key. I created a ticket three working days ago...
Looking through the forums I see that this problem is being posted since 2009! I can't believe this is happening again and again and users have to wait for their ticket to be responded! Not that I want to criticize a response time of two days in general, but regarding this problem I think it is a shame that there is no other solution. I can not update my product. Received the game on Thursday and could not play on the weekend... ![]()
