Late GS QoT build
(or "no GS? are you a noob?")
Recently, I have come to the conclusion the symmetrical skilling most QoT builds use (i. e., 1 point in GS, 1 point in skill of choice A, 1 point in skill of choice B, etc.) is unjustified. Everyone and their grandma gets GS early, when all it does is (1) waste your precious mana and (2) make you go into a much inferior open mode. GS becomes useful roughly at 7+, and crucial at 10+. You will have it by then with this build. You will also have more pushing power/mana/survivability than oh-so-fashionable open aggro-QoTs (minions+GS) early on.
Skills:
1. Shambler 1
2. BS 1
3. Morale 1
4. Shambler 2
5. Morale 2
6. Morale 3
7. Shambler 3
8-11. GS 1-4
12. Shambler 4
13-15. Morale 4-6
Alternatively, in very even (=long) games:
12-14. Entourage 1-3
15. Tribute
Items:
Monks + mana pot at first. Then two helms, Unbreakables, Hauberk, another armor, preferably in this order. Don't get gloves (either Gladiator or F.-D.). Get Demolishers ASAP.
Favor:
The decision is a bit tricky. Swift/CoN are great if you have a somewhat inept, or just squishy, lanemate (shield him and still survive). BotF is an obvious staple favor for QoT, of course.
Some replays:
That's a stupid game where Iz and KlausKlaus screw up and I get a double kill very early. Still, shows the pushing power of this QoT build early on: http://www.gamereplays.org/demigod/replays.php?game=51&show=details&id=220399
That's an interesting one. Oak/QoT/Sed (nnnils/me/NastyBlade) vs UB/Oak/TB (Zen_God/Quincrane/_SaV_). I don't exactly shine there, the real star is nnnils, but me and Nasty still do our support job quite well, methinks: http://www.gamereplays.org/demigod/replays.php?game=51&show=details&id=220400
