[1.2f] Enemy sovereign suicided by walking into my territory after a long stalemate

I cannot believe this shit is still happening. An enemy sovereign just walked right up to my city, waiting to get killed. There was no opportunity. He didn't use magic. He just died, and his entire kingdom vanished in a second.

After 10 months of development on this game, why is shit like this still happening?

I just ignore them when they do that. Is a big problem if they decide to attack though.

I didn't even notice he was in the fight. The sovereign is completely faceless in battle.
