I agree. However if you check the upload-guidelines you'll see that Logons and Bootskins are Moderated like Wallpapers. This entails the moderators "rating/voting" each submission. The Logon was rated by multiple Moderators below the threshold for the Public Gallery and therefore sent to your Personal Pages. 

You may want to visit this thread Personal Page Elite to get an insight as to what that means. Many of the artists here, including some Masters, have had items sent to their Personal Pages.

edit: note that some good Wallpapers make poor Logons due to item placement.

Apparently the Gallery Moderators voted and felt it's quality did not qualify it to be displayed in the public Gallery but rather in your Personal Gallery.

That does not mean there was anything objectionable in your logon, nor that it was not original. Read this thread: https://forums.wincustomize.com/150760 .

You shouldn't feel bad about it since it happens/ed to us all. Not a disgrace nor a judgment about you. OK?

Just skin for yourself and make it the best you can do... the rest, like ratings? meh... don't matter, if it's your best. Keep at it!

I'd love to see Walls that you sketched, for example. They're fantastic!
