I'm sure its just a site issue, but just in case.  We really like having the opengames.asp site.  Its a nice feature for us.

Bummer... was hoping to play a little today, but its really tough to know if theres enough people around to bother firing it up.

nah - i don't... if a service like covering opengames.asp is taxing on their servers... well... I can build you a 486 that could take care of the load.  :{

it's either an error on their side (shite happens) or something else.  I doubt it's intentional. 

At the moment it is nearly impossible to play... Very rarely I see people host, and I am not sitting in game constantly. If I have to check if anyone is hosting, I need to start the game, which is painful, as most of the time there aren't... So I'll be barely playing until this is fixed, but if anyone wants to play with me - I'll be on vent (I'm ready for any tourney match also).

Pacov has an interim solution (which works). 

Open up impulse.  Click on community.  Click on games.  This still works and you can even join a game directly from here.

Not for everyone. Maybe, because my demigod isn't installed in default location or some other reason...

Doesn't work for me, either. Just a blank screen.

UPDATE: It works. Make sure you are logged in with the correct e-mail (from DG's point of view :)).

As I said, didn't work. However, I reinstalled it to original place, and it started to show...

yeah used impulse... but takes so LONG when a browser link was SOOOO much easier. And I saw a game listed as not started but was't showing in DG lobby. I pm the host to say open some slots and he said he was ingame.

then don't use it - whinge moar please...

heh... that said, I'll follow up with SD after the holiday here.  Chatted with a few people at SD already, but frankly, though its annoying, I'm not looking to mess with someone's vacation over a feature we can get in another place if we have to (I prefer the website method as well).  Hopefully we get this sorted by tuesday or wednesday.

Whinging when someone is too head slap stupid to do something menial - yes that's me. Funny that happens in some our games no?

I sure hope the get it fixed soon.  Its the easiest way to check for a game.  I find myself playing fewer games with out it.
