"Max Activation reached from this IP"

Hi, I'm having some trouble with Iconpackager. First my Icon tab disappeared in properties, so I did an uninstall, reboot, then reinstall.

When I went to launch it  I got a message like "Max activation reached from this IP" or something like this.

This was before the holiday and I emailed Stardock support, not sure if they are backed up with tickets, but I have not received a reply yet.

I do not understand why I'm getting this message, I have had an Object Desktop Ultimate liscense for years now and never had any issues.

I never shared my info with anyone, nor do I understand why I have to reactivate software that is just being reinstalled.

If someone with the power to reset this activation count reads this, please do and send me a PM, very much appreciated.

Right now, I'm using the trial of IP and it's outdated, Thanks so much for any help.

If your subscription to ODNT is current, then I would suggest uninstalling the IP (free trial) with CCleaner and then trying again with Impulse. If your registration is current, there shouldn't be any problems as there were over the weekend (server glitch).

If that doesn't work, please contact [email protected] and don't remail or answer the auto-reply. If you remail, it will kick your original email back to the end of the queue.
