Pirate Feature Request for Rebellion

Also, please have it be an in game option to allow the pirates to have interstellar research or not, or just make them be able to jump between the stars. This will help with increasing the options available to map makers and in some cases reduce system resources and lag by reducing the number of pirate bases in differing systems.

More options for the pirates would be nice. Tailoring the pirates for each individual through modding gets tiresome sometimes.
