Ubuntu 11 WIP (released)

I started yesterday on a new skin. This one is meant to emulate the Ubuntu 11.4 UI as closely as possible. I'm working off of screenshots from the web plus additional shots provided by RedneckDude (thanks, Jim).

Here's the PS draft as of today:

I will be offering a substyle with the (correct) left side titlebar buttons as well, but the right side buttons will be the default.

Thanks Amit and Tom. I have always liked the Ubuntu UI. It's minimal and clean.....Hopefully I can pull it off with minimum compromise.

Really nice to have a diverse pick 2of3. Between MS Windows, Apple's OS X and Ubuntu. No one can say that WC skinners are biased. If I remember correctly isn't Ubuntu an offshoot of the Linux platform.

Are you gonna do a Gnome (Ubuntu's default desktop) AND a KDE based version too? I use KDE on my Linux box (a personal preference)...but Gnome's pretty good too. :|
