[Mod] Core Overwrite

Now for 1.3

This mod changes absolutely everything, but nothing.

It overwrites all the factions, sovereigns, weapons, improvements, etc. This means they are now gone and have been replaced with things exactly the same as them. Why do this? The answer is that the old core files were either difficult or completely impossible to mod. This mod allows modders to directly change these stats now, and do things that were impossible before without a lot of work changing things that had nothing to do with the mod. It will also be used by my other mods.

Personally, I really liked your recruitable monster mod, but I probably won't try it until the AI can use it.

Updated for 1.3

I plan on coming out with a quick economy/bug fix mod soon that will require this. Plus this means less work for the 1.4 version.

A small bug was corrected. Forget to disable the old starter kingdom special improvements. ie Inns and markets were displaying twice.

I'm looking at playing around with my old mod ideas a bit, not sure if I want to wait until 1.4 or use the current beta series though...this looks like it will be helpful.
