Impossible to add new

I have a problem with iconpackager ... i download new skin but they don't add to the program. So I can't use it. Help me please ...

WinCustomize Forums Top

When you double-click on those IconPackages, IconPackager should open directly with the skin in it. Then click on any skin to apply.
