No Email

Hey guys I recently bought Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity Digital, and it told me i should be expecting an email. No email. It even shows it in my cart even though I ordered it! My credit card also shows it was charged. Id appreciate some advice, I already sent an email to stardock support.

Well i unfortunately can't help you but for what is worth i have the exact same problem. I just bought the game earlier today and haven't received anything yet. I never bought a game from here before so i don't know their usual procedure, maybe it takes extra time. My credit card hasn't been charged though the purchase appears as a pending transaction

I feel sorry for you, i hope this gets sorted out. No its not supposed to happen, you should be able to download within minutes of ordering.

Well I've been a regular customer for 6 years with Stardock and the same thing happened to me so.. you're not alone.  It could be they've gone to a manual approval process, I've heard some hint of that elsewhere.

I could always count on buying something and having it within minutes but.. not lately.  Don't know if they'll fix that.  For now I will just have to wait.

Well you're both not alone :( I bought a game earlier today with Paypal (no I do not have different e-mail address), and nothing. They took my money from my account but no e-mail, no game. I mean if it is some kind of security hold, they could at least tell us what's going on ! I have sent an e-mail to Stardock but if they don't resolve the issue within their 48 hours standard resolution time, I might just file a complaint with Paypal and grab the game in store. 

 

ders17: as averyvaughn49 told, it is not supposed to happen. I have bought quite a few games from them and it's supposed to be instant. Still, that kind of things are very annoying.

There was a hiccup in our store order parsing last night.  Everything should be cleared up now, and you should see the titles in Impulse.

Well all's good now and the DL speed was really fast.  I'm happy again.
