Pale Moon 4 - How do you get a page to use the entire screen area instead of the default size of the particular page?

For example, my screen is 1920x1200, and my dad's is probably 1920x1080, but pages such as this only use about 3/5 of the width (left to right) of the screen (on 1920x1200).  Firefox 4 uses the entire screen size.  I'm thinking there must be a way to get Pale Moon 4 to use the entire screen for web-page viewing when the screen is bigger than the default size for the particular page.  How do I do this if at all possible?  I've done a number of Scroogle searches and haven't been able to find out yet.

Best regards,
Steven.

Hold down your Control key and scroll your mouse wheel, you can make the page as large or small as you want.

No... would have to be done anew at each session.

Check again....on the same web site it saves the zoom.

Then again, it might not if you have it flush the cache or kill cookies after each session.....
