User Account Fade

Hi all,

This is my first time customing a login screen and I'm having 1 minor issue. I've got all the elements working as I'd like apart from the accounts section.

When the login screen first loads the accounts are faded a fair bit. When I mouse over them they come to full opacity, but I'd like them to start that way.

I've played around with just about every setting in the GUI and develed a little into the Theme.ini and UIFILE.txt files but have had no success. The demo theme 'welcome1' starts with the account list at full opacity, but I can't see where that setting is made.

This is for a Win XP sp3 x32 build if that makes any differnce.
