OK usually people make blinds and then create all the goodies to go with them. I am doing it in reverse. I would like to hire someone to make a blind to go with my latest smx. Yes I will pay. Below is the image of the skin I want the blind to match. Let me know if you are interested.

Doing the light version now. Get almost the same thing in the recycle bin. Only ones missing is empty recycle bin and restore. Everything else seems fine.

I figured out what the problem was there, Uvah and corrected it in my working copy.  If you want to make the adjustment yourself, in SkinStudio, go to Edit Explorer/IE Shell Parts-->Edit Vista/7 Explorer parts-->Command bar-->Buttons-->Extra settings-->check the "Enable to use colour settings below" checkbox.  I had mistakenly left it unchecked.

Want to hear something weird? After shutting down for a bit then restarting the text came back in the light version. I'll copy/paste this and give it a go. I've always wanted to play in skinstudio but was afraid to ask. lol

Never be afraid to ask--this is a skinning community!  Which one of us DOESN'T want to share what we know? 


Actually, I've been toying with the idea of making a .PDS tutorial for SkinStudio, so people could go through it in Photoshop, step-by-step, but I need my schedule to slow down in order to get the time to do that.

I would so love that! I'm learning docks now. Then once I get that down pat I'm thinking I want to try DX. Might even get brave enough to try WB's but that's for the future. Unless of course the world ends tomorrow. lol

I'm still testing the WB, but will probably upload on Monday.  I have some ideas for a Rainlendar, too -- I can't wait until Tuesday which is my next day off.

I'm a lot of things but whiney isn't one of them. I don't have time for docks anyway as I'm working on another WB and should be done by 2012.:rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
