How do I Install sound packs?

Hi

I love this site, I am running windows7 64X and i for the life of me can't install the sound packs I downloaded here I try pasting them into C:/users\username\media

but when i then go to "personalize"-"sounds" there not there??

Can anyone help me ?

I am a newbie at this stuff.

I believe you need to have SoundPackager installed.  If you do, then double-clicking on the .soundpack file should do it.
