Impulse is on and I'm logged in. I've checked with firewall and antivirus down, router on DMZ - the same.

I'm on win xp.

By the way, why E:WoM needs open connection on some strange ports or protocols? Is it for online authentication (first run after patch) or is it the beta thing for some remote debugging? 1.1 was running fine...
