[Idea] New Trouble Maker System

I found the original human Troublemakers always a bit boring.
My suggestion would be that all human Troublemakers always appear in the game as a group, which is also only realistic.

And I would like to distinguish 5 groups and each group can contain one type or several types of Troublemakers:
Criminal
- Bandit - Highwayman - Raider
- Knacker - Moloch

Outlaws
- Looters - Poachers - Nomade
- Mystic - Dream Killer

Renegade
- Marauder - Brigand - Corsair
- Spell Breaker - Blood Mage
  
Cultist
- Fanatic - Cultist - Executor
- Witch /er - Warlock
 
Tribesman
- Cannibal - Head Hunters - Butcher
- Shaman - Sorcerer


Therefrom I can form the following bands:
Criminal
- Mob (only bandits)
- Bunch (+ bandit highwayman)
- Pack (Moloch, robbers, bandits)
- Course (predator, Moloch, highwaymen, bandits)
- Band (Only predators)

Outlaws
- Community (Only looters)
- Fellowship (poachers, raiders)
- Family (dream killers, poachers, raiders)
- Clan (nomad dream killers, poachers, raiders)
- Horde (Only nomads)

Renegade
- Troop (Only Marauder)
- Company (Marauder, Brigand)
- Force (Marauder, Brigand, Spell Breaker)
- Free Corps (Marauder, Brigand, Spell Breaker, Corsair)
- Brotherhood (only Corsair)
Sect

- Creed (Only fanatics)
- Denomination (fanatics, Cultist)
- Circle (Warlock, Cultist, fanatic)
- Sect (executor, Warlock, Cultist, fanatic)
- Order (Only executor)

Tribes
- Brood (Only cannibal)
- Breed (cannibal head-hunters)
- Tribe (Shaman, head hunters, cannibal)
- Race (Butcher, Shaman, head hunters, cannibal)
- Species (Only butcher)

Each band has a natural leader who is always very individual.
So we can invent infinitely many gangs and bring into play, and this increases considerably the difficulty and variety.

Example:
Sect of the Dark Sun:
Leader: Executer Leader
Members: 1xWarlock,  2x Fanatic, 3xCultist

Tribe of Bautha:
Leader: Shaman Leader
Members: 3x Headhunter, 3x Cannibal

ect. ect. ect.

The members are pre made troublemakers, but they never come as a sigle monster, only if a gang is spawn, in wich the troublemaker is member.


I've also tested this and I see the game become more difficulty and variety, becuase this gangs can be damn hard the defeat. Also, all highlevel troublemaker, like raider, comes with a mount and is well equipted.

I like the idea, variety in potential iterations. It would be especially cool if we could bribe the leader via gold/diplomacy to go harass another player. Of course, that gold would give them better equipment...(I wonder where that idea came from!)

It's like a feature in the FFH2/Fall Further modmod Rise from Erebus - Spawn Groups, but with a little randomness thrown in. =)

lol FFH2/Fall Further good mod mod that was added a lot of additions to the races and added a lot of RPing into the mix with new and unique goody huts

I've never played FFH1 or 2. Of course I've heard of it.

BUT is this the Civ-Fanatic Forum ?

 

I've make a system of Pre and Suffixes to name all the bands.

 

The first 4 Bands called:

- Sharp Wood Knife- Mob
- Sharp Tin Spear - Mob
- Wild Flesh Hatchet -Mob
- Screaming Bone Sickle-Mob

 

Example, the Sharp Tin Spear-Mob:

- Sharp, Leader has special abiliy "Throwing Knife"

- Tin, Leader has Defense of 3-5, and is a Mancer.

- Spear, Leader is equipted with a wodden spear and group are criminals.

- Mob, Group is a Mob, 4 Members + Leader, all bandits.

No, it's not the CivFanatics forum, or even the new complete RIFE forum, but I knew of a similar concept in a similar game, so I mentioned it. =)
