Stardock we ask you to do something about this spammer this isnt the first time he did it and we cant even ignore him with the name he is using this time please either ban him or limit the number of messages he can send every minute
I was there. He spammed game room for 15mins pissing everyone off. He does that all the time. PLS permaban him, no warnings and shit like that. He had it coming for a long time.

If something like this happens, just contact [email protected] and they'll take care of it.
Yeah thing is he didn't even believe you'll ban anyone hence this post. Maybe this kind of behavior will end if people see banhammer in motion.
While I find this behavior very childish I do not think it deserves an outright ban. A gaming site I was a moderator for had a ban system which required a warning, 24 hour ban , 1 week ban, permanent ban. There were certain things which where an instant ban such as hacking and racism.
Cant you just try to whisper to him and then change w with ignore.
That should work to put him on ignore list. I know that is only temporary solution and it will work until he changes the name......
Yes he is annoying and he is a problem.
He was using an macro or something to slightly change the name each time so the "ignore" does not work. We are experienced players we know all the tricks. This one was impossible to ignore! Please at least a 1 week band to make a point!
That sounds reasonable but I doubt IC even has the ability to find out who that is without searching through their server logs so if they did actually decide to do something it would help to post exact time and dates of each occurrence and keep sending them to [email protected] until they post that it was resolved.
I will still have to hear that ICO actually did anything about this behavior before I believe it. The wild west of game rooms.
I liked steam because every user had a steam_id that I could ban. Some people set up hot keys to quickly change their name so if they were being voted out, there was no name for the vote to react to but I had a hot key for 24 hour banning.
I ran a L4D server for many months and had about a dozen admins that could use my add-on remotely.
This event occurred on Thursday, Feb 24 at around 9:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time on the Diplomacy (non-Beta) server. He also used the names "gg" and "De-Nigalizer".
What's sad is that it's probably a guy we know and play with often who just got drunk or used some very bad judgment, and his loss will mean one less player on ICO. So, I recommend a 2 week ban as a first warning with a permaban if he does it again.

His original name is Nathan####, also known as radioactive (not to be confused with star's smurf) and Bob (he hijacked one of my old smurfs, "Hi I'm Bob"). DeNiga thingy and rest is just next wave of his trolling, that's why im advocating for making example of him.
I don't advocate a permanent ban without warnings for either and I think taking a stand against racism and being politically correct are 2 totally different things entirely.
Moongamers, a community that I have been a part of for many years has fairly simple Rules of Conduct that more multi-player rooms should have. Heres a couple off the top.
IF YOU ARE FOUND ACTIVELY USING A GLITCH OR AN EXPLOIT YOU WILL BE BANNED!
If you were banned for cheating or hacking, don't try to pull one over! You can always plead your case, but if you were banned for cheating it's likely to stay that way.
Racism:
First and only offense is a permanent one. If you care to type that language in text, you will take a vacation from Moongamers servers.Names:
Moon server players must have a name. Racist or offensive names will also not be tolerated. No-names and names with single symbols and/or punctuation are not allowed. Also, no advertising names please i.e., political statements, web site urls, etc. Namejacking (taking someone else's name) is not allowed.
But I guess it supposed to be just what bothers you? In the wild west of multi-player game rooms.
Edit: Ohh, I did find an unban request from 3 years ago for chat/radio spam. By the time the offender posted, it was already lifted (24 hrs).
He (or someone using the name) did it again on Feb 27 (Sunday morning, Saturday night) at around 12:16 am U.S. EST.
This guy needs to be permanently banned without further warning.
He is on and spamming in our game as I write this. Diplomacy non beta server.

Next second he starts spamming again as SinsAdmin
Keep sending the complaints to the link kyro supplied. Include exact time and date the offence occurred (a screenshot wouldn't hurt). I am very interested if something will be done about this.
~4:20 CET, spammer strikes again. If guys at ICO have nothing against spamming guess I'll spam their mailbox with ban requests.

If he gets IP-banned and CD-key banned, he could change his IP and buy a new copy of the game. But can you imagine how he would explain it to his parents?
"Mommy! Will you please buy me another copy of the Sins Diplomacy game? I need it because a bunch of meanies accused me of text spamming the game's chat room and I used racially offensive language."
Doesn't the Diplomacy game need to be linked to the original game account? I think he would need to buy trinity and create another account. 
There are ways to get this guys IP.
He figured out and started spamming in game as well.
After 15 min we finally got game going then he started whisper spam us and after a while added us as friends and /f spam us in game.
If that doesn't deserve permanent ban I don't know what you need to do to get it.
EDIT:Another thing.... Besides spamming meaningless symbols he is calling people niggers and telling pple what he did to their mums. I don't get bothered by this but this game doesn't have age restriction so there are some "soft" souls that don't understand that guy has issues. They might take it to their hearts.....
He also used the name, "SinsAdmin". Impersonating a server administrator is a huge no-no on FPS servers and a potentially bannable offense.
Does anyone play during the week? Im on right now and there's no one on.
you need to play with the diplomacy expansion and without the current beta patch. you can usually find a game if you do that. it may take a while but there are people online
