theme issue please help

ok i have the alienware theme pack and got everything setup and installed....now but my problem is when i play a video on youtube...or enter a game i got my theme gets all messed up....i have found if i turn down the hardware acceleration option on my video card the theme works fine...but the mouse starts blinking inside the game unless i turn the setting all the way back up again....but then my theme screws up...here is a pic anyone know a way i can fix this??" alt="" />
