log on studio customize?

i have been trying to figure out how to reposition the log in bar,i dunno what it is actually called...

if anyone has any info please let me know =]

If you are trying this in for Windows 7 then it's not possible to move.

Same for Vista and Win7. Only on XP can you make more significant changes to the logon screen.
