Cant join multiplayer

When i try to join i get an error that says, an error occuered trying to proccess your request. any help?

I had the same problem. I downloaded the registration fix file from stardock's website and it fixed it. Now, I can't see any games in multiplayer and I can't get it to create a game. It could be becuase im on satellite and the ping is too high. I don't know yet.
