Spinning modules?

Because I am still relatively new to the ship builder, I have yet to master it's capabilities. But I will query if it is possible to make a part of the ship to "spin" of sorts (one of my classic additions to my exploration ships are a couple of pylons and a dish at the top), so I would love to make said dish "spin" as if it's gathering a 360 degree sensor data. Thanks in advance.

It's by the toolbar in the ship editor that let's you resize the parts. I believe the button says "animate".
