Are you running a mod? Did you do anything weird or get any other errors? Does restarting the game and reloading help? More info is needed.

It looks like the black market is seriously bugged up, as well.

that is the first time I ever seen the prices - 2 billion+ but if you can fix it

I would load a save from earlier since it looks like you found a nasty bug

Someone managed to break the game... pretty badly too, given that the Black Market's displayed prices are the smallest integer a signed 32-bit int can represent.

You don't happen to be trying to hack the game, are you?
