Rainmeter Gallery Accepting Submissions

The new Rainmeter gallery on WinCustomize is open but in private mode right now.  We are accepting Rainmeter skin submissions via normal upload, but they will remain in moderation until we get enough to launch.

More information about Rainmeter here - http://rainmeter.net/RainCMS/

If you have some Rainmeter skins, please head over and get them in our galleries!

I tried Rainmeter once and it seemed so complicated, maybe with skins to apply I can figure it out.  :S

Yay!! I've built a few skins in the past for rainmeter, maybe I'll polish 'em up and submit them! :)

Philly, Rainmeter has totally changed and if I can use it, anybody can! If the skins are packaged in .rmskin format (as they will be here), once downloaded all components are placed where they should be. And with alot of skinners including installing/configuring tools with their skins, it's easier to change colors, fonts, sizes, etc.

Greetings Philly0381

I would suggest that we may have coem along way since your last activities with Rainmeter ;)

I invite you to try Rainmeter again, and hopefully you will agree that we have traversed many of our former issues.

I just have to say while I have had no experience with Rainmeter in the past after the gallery was added I went and downloaded the software and I must say I am pretty inpressed.

Slight learning curve but functions are productive , the default skin is clean looks good on the desktop, the included wheather images are very nice. All in all a nice little program I would recomend anyone to give it a shot.

Thanks WC and Rainmeter!! A/V :)

Yall tryin to put a redneck outta business?

I use Rainmeter on and off. I love it. Highly customizable.

Speaking just as a user of the software and not a skinner I think it's nice that folks see different looks for a desktop theme using the different skinnable software.  Like having ObjectDock and Winstep themed skins.

It also makes pulling together the Theme Manager Suites a lot of fun and very interesting. :sun:
