I' can't play in multiplayer

I can't sign up in https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/signup and i can't create account in game in ironclad online.
There is announcement: "disconect with ironclad" but i always have conect with an Internet.

I have original game and original product key.

I don't know how can i get CD key :/

Please help.

Everything is okey now. I have downloaded last update and i have created an account in ironclad online.
