Error activating the product cannot read SID

Performed a re-installation of Win7 and new installation of Impulse.  Unable to launch my newly installed copy of Demigod located on my other harddrive, the game asks for a activation serial and email which will not accept rejects the email and serial credentials provided by Impulse when clicking on view registration.

Performed a re-register with no luck.  Still unable to get into DG still prompts for the email and serial.

Please ensure the serial number entered is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If using Impulse you can right-click on the product and re-activate. Include this log file if contacting support.

hmm... haven't bumped into this issue before.  Sounds like you will need to shoot an email off to [email protected] and they should be able to sort you out. 

edit - I'm curious how they sort you out.  Please post here after things are resolved.  They usually knock out trouble tickets within 48 hours.
