[suggestion] non-human heroes

Hereos, except your offspring, are all human.  I find it weird when you are playing as a non-human race, especially as an empire (enemies of men if you remember), and only able to hire heroes from the races of men.  Would it be possible to have non-human heroes in the next version or be able to create your own heroes?

*shameless promotion* The adventure content pack mod adds 48 fallen NPCs to the game for this reason (along with adding other things like goodiehuts, quests, and monsters).
