Allow some weapons to be dual wielding -
Shortswords - daggers etc
make a penalty to defence - increase to attack. (extra chance to hit - potential of very good damage)(good for dex people)
add more off a defence to shields to counter this-. (good for people building on the defend against all)
make twohanded weapons get more attack from str (so used by very strong)
