Unable to DL update through Impulse

Update won't start

I can't download the update for Fences Pro.  I click on the update button in Impulse and it tries but finally gives up and stops.  What is the fix?

I am having the same problem, i get the message that impulse cannot archive the files.  I wrote to support, and got a reply that someone would look into it, never heard back from them till they sent an email that  they were closing the case, because they never heard back from me???????

hogtrader: you might try opening a ticket with SD Support and describe what happened. You might also try going onto the stardock irc and seeing if someone can help you...but it is Monday and support has a lot of catching up to do...

organman04090: you should reopen a ticket with SD support and describe the problem and misunderstanding. You should also look in your email spam folder as the earlier response might have gone there...

The same thing happens to me. I even tried turning off the archiving function and it still will not update, I still get that error. I have pretty much given up on getting that update.

Maybe the next time they update it, it will work.

I have found that if you make any chances to Impulse settings it is best to log out of Impulse and then log back in to reset your settings.  If you haven't tried that give it a shot.

Xiandi: You might try 'Reset Data' option. The other would be to run the 'CleanImpulse' utility from SD Support.
