I'd say this about my HP, but.................
I really, really, hated it towards the end of its life. Now, the destiny of my HP laptop computer is set to be:
1) MAGNET POWAH!!1! against the HDD. Because if there's anything of mine left, it's effectively irretrievable and, ergo, useless. And I don't want anyone toying with my stuff.
2) DA TRASH MONSTAH!!1! will eat the device. Unless I decide to take it apart.........though I will need to recover the RAM chips in it, as IIRC they are aftermarket upgrades, and the original RAM chips are in a drawer somewhere around the house.
Haven't played it. I only really play RTS on the computer
That's fine. RTS games are great fun......and, ironically IMO, generally have lesser requirements than some FPSes.
It's got a great story and all, but the only bit I'd replay is the Washington DC sequence.
Oh, my favorite part is the Deniable Ops mode......granted, I rather despise OnLive right now for not allowing me to save my progress........but they do have to make a buck, so meh.
Anyway, pick it up cheap, and enjoy.
I'll probably tag it on Steam, once I get my new lappy.
Play it on the highest difficulty, enjoy it while it lasts, and make sure you've got a friend to play the co-op with.
Interesting.......generally, I can make it through the Deniable Ops missions on my own pretty well.
Side note Oatesy- what's your preferred loadout in Splinter Cell for Deniable Ops?
I find that I really like either the MP-446+MP7A1, or the Walther+MP7A1. The former's better for stealth, but the latter can be more fun..........and you get more Marks to start with on the Walther.
