They are almost all worded the same so it's hard to tell which ones are going to raise your notable location level, which ones are going to raise your quest level, etc.
Yes please! I keep seeing quest locations / goodie huts beyond my level, and I can never remember which research paths get me there. Particularly troubling since there seems to be multiple 'types' of goodie hut. Maybe not show them to me until I can grab them? Sadly, that probably runs smack into the need-to-display-as-soon-as-spawned problem so we don't have arbitrary inability to build at the location.
Also, the 'something in the back of your mind prevents you from entering this location' text is lame. Far better would be goodie-type specific notes: 'You try to get into the chest, but the lock proves too complicated', 'You search the suspicious rubble, but find nothing', 'you enter the add hut, but no one is home', etc.
Same here. It would be usefull, if we could read wich tech increases my noteable location lvl. and quest lvl.
I know this. Thx. Thats not the problem. I want this information (shorter) ingame....
Maybe just add a line +1 "type of rank" put over on the right were it shows what the tech leads to, etc. Could also include info for things like housing, +10% population cap. Make it easier to get the gist of what it actually does without reading the block of text.
Agreed on this. Would be nice to get more details about what each tech does.

This needs to be done for empire in particular. I believe two of their "Domination"(i think) research areas have exactly the same description.
