new to uploading

I uploaded an icon set and it got removed, they must think im trying to rip someone off but im not. can someone help me with what permisions i need to upload a basic Icon set?

Your upload has not been 'removed'.  It has been moderated and added to the ObjectDock Gallery.  -  https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/objectdock/16978/

Note: If a moderator believes that you have ripped something they will email you with their concerns.  If you do not get an email then there is n o issue.
