when will 1.1 be ready for publis release? and how can i down load the bata? i bought the game first day it hit the stores.

In the top right hand corner of the impulse interface you need to click the tool bar. In the list that appears click show pre-release builds.

I think you need to download the non-beta before you download the beta.
