Hi All, I have updated my Fences Pro to the new version today. But for some reason the option to hide the shortcut icons in Appearance (Settings) doesn't display at the bottom of the window.
I have rebooted the computer but is still not showing. Could someone give me some ideas on how to fix this please.

REALLY !! 5 days and no reply. I should have saved my money and stayed with the FREE Version.
Try updating again, ShadowAD. In my Fences Pro Config window it does appear at the bottom....and there was a recent Fences update.
If SD Support missed your email, don't get mad... Ask a Mod to move this to a Support Thread Forum Posting and it might get more attention.
That being said, I don't work for SD so anything I advise you may or may not be the best advice, ok?
If updating fails, try reset data option and if that fails, choose Fences Pro in the 'My Software' tab and try Shift-right click and 'Verify Installation' option on the submenu.
If it's installed correctly and the option for shortcuts still doesn't appear, I would uninstall it through Impulse, reboot, Install it through Impulse and reboot.
btw....did you uninstall the free version through Impulse reboot and then install the Pro or did you install the Pro on top of the free version?
I don't see a support ticket for you in our system. Did you send an email to [email protected], or submit a support ticket via the online form? Note that while our users are very good at resolving problems, the forums are not an official channel for support. Did you have any luck with what DrJBHL suggested?

What language are you using? It is possible that you are using a language that does not have that feature localized.
