Can you help me make the folowing races with the Custom race?

I have Galactic Civlizations 2 Ultamate edition and I would like to make the folowing races with there atributes can you please show me how to make these races for me thank you.

 

1. Goauld

2. Protoss

3. Covenant Empire

4. Vasari Empire (Sins of a solar empire game)

5.  Borg Collective

6. Forunners

7. Terrans Starcraft 2

8. UNSC (Halo)

Thank you for your help if you can help me with customiseing the races.

Ok I am looking for how to create the ships that are in the game and make them the way that they are. I don't know how to create my own Race so I would like to know how to build the ships from the other games and TV shows.

Try looking around on the mod library for "ship packs". There are many for Star Trek and some for Stargate; I'm less certain about SOTS, Halo, and Starcraft, but there might be a few.

Using the custom race creator is not really that hard. You should be able to "make" the race without much difficulty, though designing the right ships and other visual effects would probably be quite a bit harder.

Yeah I was thinking can you make your civlization like the goauld and make them fight amonks them selves for domination?
