hii

i have seen a netbook with windows 7 starter which means i cant change the wallpaper etc.

i have seen a premium theme on stardock my colors i was wondering if i brought this would it work and also would i be able to use it on my other laptop (use it on 2 laptops altogether)

While I dont know the exact number of PC's you can load it to I believe it is 4 or 5 you should be fine! :)

i downloaded stardock my colors and tryed one of the free themes as was able to change the wallpaper with the theme on ,, but if i payed for one of the premium themes could i still do that ? and do the premium themes work on windows 7 starter ?

I'd really hate to misguide you, so I think you should be asking these questions of Stardock Support, or Stardock Sales, kellyjones... none of us represent Stardock, and I don't use MyColors.
