ObjectMedia(dxplayer) and CD's

Does Objectmedia work with regular CD's or do I need do something special to get it load them?

Its supposed to play cd's. I haven't really used ObjectMedia much yet, but it doesn't see the files on the cd's as I have just observed. A rather odd behavoir since it says it can play cd's AFAIK.

I just read on the newsgroup for DX that ObjectMedia doesn't yet support Audio CD's. It is in the works though. Anyway its not that big of a deal since I put my cd's into mp3 format, but I do like to play a cd once in awhile anyway.

Yeah, i'm the one that posted the question in the Newsgroup. I have a lot of mp3s as well, but since I mostly listen to them at work and i'm not allowed to have them on my HD it's easier to use a CD.
