Icon problem after updating IconPackager 5.

Since updating IconPackager to 5.10 most of the icons in my ObjectDock dock have turned into blank white rectangle icons.
If I try and change the icon in OD then I see that the actual program icon has been changed to a blank one too.
If I go to the same location in Windows Explorer then the icons are the default ones for each program.
Is this a known issue and how can I fix it?
