In future Galactic Civilizations II or III expansion, what will happen 2 the Krynn Consulate?

I was wonderin what wil happen 2 the krynn consulate in a future galciv expansion. Will they join the Humans and their allies, or the evil Drengin and Yor, or stay neutral? Of course the Krynn will still spread their religion.
