Start Menu Draw Position

When I click on the 'Start Menu' Dock Icon, the start menu pops up on the taskbar...this didn't happen in the OD2 beta...wassupidat? Can this be remedied?

That is the normal position of the start menu.The start menu needs to be in that position to display correctly on 64 bit Windows7.
