installing without internet

The background to this is very complicated so ill just cut to the chase. I used to have internet on my gaming computer. Now I dont. When I had it, I was able to download and install Entrenchment and Diplomacy, since I had the original game on a disk. But my hard drive got wiped so I have to reinstall everything. But I cant reinstall Entrenchment and Diplomacy becasue i dont have internet connection to my laptop. 

Is it possible to get Entrenchment and Diplomacy onto my laptop, even though I dont have a connection? Can I download installer packets of the two expansions, then put them on a flash drive and install them? Or am I doomed to never be able to play the expansions again?

BTW, Im on a public computer now so no chance of me using the cable to this computer with internet to hook up my laptop to the internet.

Any laptop from these century have wifi... try to use some free wifi hotspot... in my city, train station have one... in my country, Belgium, the McDonald's have one... in fact, there is numerous place where you can connect for free to the internet...

If you are from US, go to http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/services/free_wifi.html , type you zip code, visit the McDonald, and install Entrenchment/Diplomacy during your "Happy Meals" :thumbsup: ... if you don't like hamburger, maybe chicken at KFC with free wifi too... or since the 1 july, at Starbucks, wifi is free too...

If you are from the US, the local library will also usually have free internet or wifi.
