Quoting Tridus, reply 7Honestly I want a new game more then another expansion. Sins is great, but Ironclad can do a lot if they're freed from the existing constraints... including making a 64 bit version. (Seriously that's not something you do in an expansion unless it's a $40 expansion.)
Yeah, but they're also working on their next game, which is Not-Sins. They're definitely not big enough to do two games at once.
Well, I said "new game", not necessarily "sequel".
I'd like a sequel too, but Ironclad doing something else doesn't worry me. They do good work.
But another Sins expansion? Honestly with the current engine limitations in CPU power on a single thread and memory limits, I'm not sure what you could add to the game that would be worth the effort. Seems like it's best to leave it as the gem that it is and let the new game break those limitations down.
