PLz help me to INSTALL these DESKTOP MODS THEME

I am haveing trouble with these DESKTop mods themes . I don't KNo how to install it . LIke this MOd minimalism98 7-07-01. i don't no how to install it so i could change my whole deskotp apreance can some please help me ?i apreciate it if you can . THANX IF YOU COULD.

WinCustomize Forums Top

You need to download DesktopX from www.desktopx.net first. Once you have that installed you can double click the theme to install it.
