WB7 rightclick on titlebar won't rollup/down

I'm a longtime Object Desktop subscriber who recently was forced to reinstall everything on a new computer when my old one died.  So I'm now on WB7, whereas before I was on some version of WB6.  With WB7, when I set the option to rollup the window on a right click on the title bar, it doesn't work.  I just get the normal Windows system options of Restore/Move/Size etc.  Same thing happens when I try setting double click on titlebar to rollup.

In case it matters I'm on Windows 7 64 bit and "About Windowblinds" shows me this:

Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 5.3
Your Windows Graphics Experience score is 7.2

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.1 (build 273 - Windows 7 Edition) - 64 bit OS

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

What blind are you running?

It don't work on the UIS0 blinds, like the Areo Wood blinds, etc.
