Help with a desktop theme?

Okay, so i downloaded this theme and its pretty cool, but the links under the left window don't work because of the destination (I'm assuming they are preset to go to the creators file under C:). What I'm wondering is how can i change these links so they work with my computer. Here are screen shots of the error in case I wasn't clear enough.

The target needs to be changed.

Right click it, in builder mode, and choose target, and browse to your folder. Save.

  How to make your targets: Make 8 folders, name them  as listed on the DX theme. Fill them with all your shortcuts, then do as Jim ^^^ said above. Once you have these done, it's a breeze to set up and use any of RedneckDudes DX Themes , of which he has many. I've used a few myself.;)
