Either way it doesn't really matter.....os ports suck, in my opinion.

The worst part is, he's wrong. I just looked in the DesktopX theme section, his theme is the first one. Uploaded on July 3. I do know that Aqua stuff is banned on Stardock skin library but they don't always get moderated here (but probably should).

draginol, they just stay one week and then they are censored, the first version of my skin even get about 2000 downloads.but it was just for a week...

Is it original work or does it use Mac images? I know there was a ban on anything that had exact copies of Apple's graphics in it. They demanded any such work be taken off the site or they would sue.

davidk, that's not an exact copy,just take a look at the topten section, it's still there,see and judge...

Sorry, I'm not familiar enough with Mac's OSX to know what's theirs and what isn't. It looks like a really nice clean job you did. I don't know why it's not listed with the rest of the skins.

I thought the lowest anyone could rate it was 1.

Neoguigui, it is a very nice DX theme, but you should remove the Apple logo and the big X. They are both registered trademarks and Apple does not allow anybody to use them. Apple have repeatedly made threats to sue about those things in the past. So, remove those trademarked logos and reupload, they will not be removed from the site then.

I made an enormous mistake!
so i didn't see my theme because of the sort feature of the site,it sorted all the desktopx themes by downloads so...
i hope you'll forgive me, i'm as stupid as my socks i had bad reaction because i worked hard to upload it on this site .

i have to say that if the aqua stuff generate problems for the site i'll remove it and upload a new version without.
