Purchase problems

I already own Object Desktop 2010. I have been attempting to purchase a My Colors theme. However, for some reason, my order keeps being declined. I have already spoken to my bank, and have been assured the necessary funds are in my account. Is there any particular reason for why my order keeps being declined?
