coupon offer?

I saw in another post that Frogboy had asked if we were interested in coupons.

I have 2 friends who are online RTS gamers.  I'd like coupons to get them some discounted copies of the game.

Is there an application process?

There was a post earlier today talking about it.. but.. it was deleted within the last couple hours.  I don't know why.. perhaps they decided not to do the offer?  Mildly confused.. I haven't received an email about it yet either so...hmm.
